Apple is forecasting its strongest quarter ever in revenue for fiscal Q4 2026, according to CFO Kevan Parekh during an earnings call on November 2. The outlook follows record-breaking results in Q3, but the company says supply constraints and rising component costs remain challenges.
Apple expects holiday-quarter revenue to reach between $153.82 billion and $158.13 billion—around $10 billion to $14.4 billion above the same period a year earlier. Services revenue is projected to grow by 8% to 9%.
The stronger-than-expected demand for Mac, iPad and the new iPhone Duo has caught Apple off guard, contributing to inventory shortages that could limit revenue through December. The company also warned that higher RAM prices may pressure profit margins, while unpredictable macroeconomic conditions and currency exchange are potential hurdles.
Apple forecasts a gross margin of 45% to 46% and operating expenses of $20.4 billion to $20.8 billion for the quarter.
