Some iPhone Duo owners have found that the device does not include a way to change its appearance setting after the initial setup process. The missing option affects Display Zoom, which controls how text and icons are presented on the screen.

During setup, users can choose between Default, Medium, and Large appearance options. On other iPhone models, this selection can normally be changed later through Settings by opening Appearance and tapping Display Zoom.

That control is absent on the iPhone Duo, meaning users appear to be locked into the choice made during setup. The issue was first reported by a Reddit user last week.

According to MacRumors forum member earthdog, an Apple Support senior advisor said there is no way to change the setting after setup. The suggested solution is to erase the iPhone Duo and configure it again.

MacRumors confirmed that the option is still missing on an iPhone Duo running iOS 27.2. The publication said it contacted Apple about the omission and would update its report if the company responds.
