The Samsung Galaxy A58 has received certification from China’s 3C authority, revealing support for 45W wired charging. The listing identifies the phone by model number SM-A5860 and gives charging rates of 10V/4.5A or 15V/3A—matching the Galaxy A57’s charging speed.

The certification also indicates that Samsung will sell the Galaxy A58 without a charger in China. The phone is expected to arrive in March or April next year, although its launch date has not been confirmed.

The Galaxy A57 has a 5,000 mAh battery, but it is not yet known whether the A58 will have the same capacity. A report last month also claimed that the new phone would match its predecessor’s camera resolutions, with a 50MP main camera, 12MP ultrawide, 5MP macro and 12MP front camera.
