Xiaomi has confirmed the rollout schedule for HyperOS 4, its Android 17-based update. The final release starts reaching a first group of phones and tablets on November 3, 2026, following a beta launch announced in August.

The initial rollout includes the Xiaomi 17 and 17T series, Xiaomi 15, Xiaomi Pad 8 series, Poco F8 and X8 series, Poco M8 series, Poco C85 and C95 Pro, Redmi Note 17 and Note 15 series, and Redmi 17 and 15 series. Xiaomi says distribution will happen in waves, so the update may not appear on every eligible device immediately.

A second group is scheduled to receive the update from mid-November. It includes the Xiaomi 15T series, Xiaomi Pad 7 series, Xiaomi Pad Mini, Redmi Pad 2 series, Poco Pad X1 and Pad M1, and the Poco F9, F7 and X7 series.

The December rollout is set to cover the Xiaomi MIX Flip, Xiaomi 14 and 13 series, Xiaomi 14T and 13T series, Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro 12.4, Redmi Note 14 series, Redmi 15 series, Redmi 14S, Redmi A7 Pro and Redmi Pad 2 series. The listed Poco models are the F6 series, X8s, X7, X6 Pro, M8s 5G, M7, C81 Pro and Pad C1. Xiaomi also says devices dating back to the 2022 Xiaomi 13T will be updated.

HyperOS 4 brings a Liquid Glass-inspired interface redesign, additional lockscreen customization, new homescreen organization tools and improved support for floating apps and different app orientations. Xiaomi also says an AI-based background system can help apps launch nearly 20% faster after about a day of use.
