Apple has added Gym Strength to Apple Fitness+ in its iOS 27.3, iPadOS 27.3 and watchOS 27.3 updates. The feature creates a personalised four-week plan using a subscriber’s fitness goals, experience level, schedule and equipment.

Users can choose which days they want to work out, the body areas they want to focus on and how long each session should last. Plans include suggested exercises, sets, repetitions and loads, along with short demonstrations from Apple Fitness+ trainers.

The workouts are adjusted each week based on progress from the previous week. Gym Strength is available on iPhone and iPad. Apple Watch users can view and log exercises, repetitions and loads, as well as track workout metrics.
